The Kingspan KoolDuct system is a pre-insulated, closed-cell phenolic, complete HVAC ductwork system that offers a revolutionary new way of completing ductwork projects. Traditionally, HVAC ductwork is fabricated from galvanized sheet metal, which is installed and then insulated afterwards. KoolDuct, on the other hand, is both the ductwork and the insulation, offering you an all-in-one product. Its pre-insulated and pre-assembled construction eliminates the need for an insulation contractor while also saving space (no need to leave extra room to wrap the ductwork) and reduces labor costs due to its lightweight and innovative design.

Our Pro-R Indoor product includes the KoolDuct system but also takes the product a step further by providing a reinforced version for applications with higher static pressure or for applications needing a thermal break and TDC connections (standard KoolDuct utilizes a tiger clip or 4 bolt connections). With KoolDuct, our Pro-R Indoor phenolic solution offers the highest R-values in the industry, ranging from R-6 to R-24 and near-zero air leakage rates. Pro-R Indoor is contractor-friendly and built to SMACNA Standards.
